★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Jack store) Péssimo atendimento, comprei presente para amigo culto e disse para o dono que era presente e que estava com dúvida se iria servir ou não, ele me disse que sem problemas eu poderia voltar para trocar depois, quando voltei para trocar uma moça me atendeu com um péssimo atendimento infelizmente, e disse que não teria troca porque era da promoção, ( uma camisa jens social) eu disse para mesma que o dono disse que eu poderia trocar, ela ligou para o dono cvs com ele na minha frente pelo telefone fazendo cara de deboche o tempo inteiro e o mesmo disse que nunca teve essa conversa, infelizmente a gente tem que passar por esse constrangimento todo, se passar por mentira, e a pessoa não cumprir com sua palavra, fui na loja 4 vezes tentar cvs com o dono para fazer a troca do presente pq a vendedora mandou eu resolver com ele, e todas as vezes que fui ele não pode me atender! Falta de respeito!!!
(Jack store) Poor service, I bought a gift for a learned friend and told the owner that it was a gift and that I was in doubt if it would serve or not, he told me that without any problems I could come back to change it later, when I came back to change a girl unfortunately he answered me with a very bad service, and said he would not have an exchange because it was from the promotion, (a social jens shirt) I told myself that the owner said I could change, she called the owner with him in front of me at phone making a face of debauchery all the time and he said he never had this conversation, unfortunately we have to go through all this embarrassment, if it is a lie, and the person does not keep his word, I went to the store 4 times to try cvs with the owner to exchange the gift because the saleswoman told me to settle with him, and every time I went he couldn't answer me! Lack of respect!!!
