★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e completa falta de respeito com o paciente. A primeira vez que fui no consultório no começo do ano, esperei pouco mais de 4 horas para ser atendida. QUATRO HORAS. Depois disso, eu deveria levar alguns exames para a Dra. Luciana e lembrando justamente da longa espera no começo do ano, resolvi escolher o primeiro horário da agenda dela para que eu fosse a primeira paciente a ser atendida, sem atrasos de pacientes anteriores. Agendei consulta para às 7:40 da manhã e cheguei lá por volta das 7:25. A Dra. Luciana ainda não estava nem no consultório. Esperei, esperei e esperei. Quando deu 8:30 eu questionei a recepcionista se aconteceu alguma coisa que justificasse o atraso e ela simplesmente informou que a Dra. chega só às 9h...sempre...
Já me sentindo extremamente desrespeitada, questionei então o porque de agendar pacientes 7:30 da manhã sendo que ela só entra as 9h e a recepcionista informou que o sistema do convénio que agenda dessa forma.... Oi!??? Vocês não podem ligar para os pacientes que agendaram antes das 9h e informar da situação?? Eu não fui avisada de nada nem quando eu cheguei la às 7:25 da manhã. Simplesmente me deixaram esperando, sem me avisar de nada, total falta de respeito. Se eu acordo cedo para cumprir com o horário que agendados, eu espero o mesmo da outra pessoa. Já vi que há diversas reclamações de outras pessoas neste sentido e eles continuam achando que não temos mais nada pra fazer, trabalhar etc. e que estamos a disposição para esperar por horas pela médica estrela. Não volto mais e não recomendo para ninguém! Meu tempo não é lixo.

Already feeling extremely disrespected, I then asked why scheduling patients at 7:30 in the morning, since she only enters at 9:00 am and the receptionist informed that the health insurance system schedules this way .... Hi! ??? Can't you call the patients who booked before 9 am and report the situation ?? I wasn't warned about anything even when I got there at 7:25 in the morning. They just kept me waiting, without telling me anything, a total lack of respect. If I wake up early to stick to the schedule that I have scheduled, I expect the same from the other person. I have seen that there are several complaints from other people in this regard and they still think that we have nothing else to do, work with, etc. and that we are willing to wait for hours for the star doctor. I’m not coming back and I don’t recommend it to anyone! My time is not trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita falta de respeito, escolhi a Dr. Luciana Lunardi, pq me falaram que era boa. Porém os atrasados de 4 horas pra ser atendida?! Pessoal, não comparem um ótimo profissional a um médico que te faz esperar 4 horas só por que é bom. Ser bom não significa que devemos esperar ser atendido por 4 horas. Isso é falta de respeito, falta de ética. A Amil deveria rever isso aí. Pois se trata de consulta particular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu entendo que a Dra Luciana Lunardi é boa, mas se ela fosse realmente muito boa (PROFISSIONAL E SER HUMANO) não deixaria um paciente esperando e menos ainda com bebê de 6 meses, mais de 2 horas para ser atendida.
Ela sendo a dona da clínica, menos ainda!
Infelizmente é esse meu feedback, esperei passar alguns dias para escrever com a cabeça fria! Mas infelizmente não tem outro comentário, já passei em UBS e nunca fiquei mais de 2 horas esperando atendimento!
Outro ponto que me chamou a atenção: ( eu já havia passado lá em 2018) O local continua do mesmo jeito: portas encardidas de mãos e marcas de pé ( porta da recepção) a mesma pintura, bancos e etc. e etc.
I understand that Dr Luciana Lunardi is good, but if she were really very good (PROFESSIONAL AND HUMAN BEING) she wouldn't keep a patient waiting and even less with a 6 month old baby, more than 2 hours to be seen.
She being the owner of the clinic, even less!
Unfortunately this is my feedback, I hoped to spend a few days to write with a cool head! But unfortunately there's no other comment, I've been to UBS and I've never been waiting for more than 2 hours!
Another point that caught my attention: (I had already been there in 2018) The place remains the same: grimy doors of hands and foot prints (reception door) the same painting, benches and so on. and etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência lá foi ótima desde a primeira consulta com a doutora Eva e até o final com o Doutor Walter ele é um obstetra maravilhoso, educado,e graças a ele eu tive uma gestação ótima ea minha filha nasceu ótima e perfeita.. Agradeço muito a ele por cada consulta que eu tive,pois até o dia do parto ele esteve comigo,e se eu pudesse continuar passando com ele eu passaria pois é um excelente profissional.. Agradeço muito por ele te trazido a minha filha com segurança ao mundo.
My experience there was great from the first consultation with Dr. Eva and until the end with Dr. Walter, he is a wonderful, polite obstetrician, and thanks to him I had a great pregnancy and my daughter was born great and perfect. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo,marquei consulta com Dr Mirthes Suely para começar o pré-natal as 08:36 da manhã e fui ser atendida mais de 11:00,pois ela veio chegar esse horário , e ainda um atendimento péssimo por ela ,me humilhou na sala ,tenho ansiedade e depressão e fiquei muito mal chorando depois, médica arrogante demais ,odiei.
Passem longe desse local pessoal ,clínica horrível .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência com o Dr. Eduardo Von Adamek Fui ao médico como acompanhante da minha irma que é menor de idade, e foi a pior experiência das nossas vidas com esse Dr. Minha irma tem apenas 15 anos e foi procurar um direcionamento para começar a tomar anticoncepcional e realizar exames periódicos, porém ao chegar lá o doutor só humilhou minha irma, falando que ela estava gorda e que desse jeito nem o namorado dela ia querer casar com ela, falou diversas coisas sobre a aparência da minha irma. Minha irmã tem problemas com ansiedade justamente por conta do peso e ele não teve a ética profissional! Neste momento minha irmã está com crise de ansiedade, tudo por conta de um comentário machista de um médico sem noção e sem profissionalismo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você não tem nada para fazer e gosta de chá de cadeira, esse é o lugar. Marquei uma consulta as 13h13 e as 14h10 ainda haviam 5 pessoas na minha frente. As consultas duram mais de 30min, porém agendam uma consulta a cada 10min. Depois cancelei e remarquei com outro médico que tinha horário disponível sem ninguem na fila, o medico saiu e fiquei mais 20min esperando sem previsão de quando ele ia retornar.
If you have nothing to do and you like chair tea, this is the place. I made an appointment at 1:13 pm and at 2:10 pm there were still 5 people in front of me. Consultations last more than 30min, but schedule an appointment every 10min. Then I canceled and rescheduled with another doctor who had a time available without anyone in line, the doctor left and I waited another 20 minutes without predicting when he would return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência em anos !!! Horrível, respeitar horário é um problema seríssimo pra esse pessoal. Nao boatava fé nas recomendacoes daqui. Porém provei com minha paciencia que é muito válido e recomendavel levar a sėrio. Doutoras atrasam e ficam mandando recado que estão chegando, nessa brincadeira você perde o dia, acho que eles pensam que todo mundo é mal profissional e nao precisa seguir horário igual a eles.
Minha esposa foi atendida 2 vezes e e ambas tivemos problemas.
Worst experience in years!!! Horrible, respecting time is a serious problem for these people. There was no faith in the recommendations here. But I proved with my patience that it is very valid and recommendable to take it seriously. Doctors are late and keep sending messages that they are arriving, in this game you lose the day, I think they think that everyone is unprofessional and doesn't need to follow the same schedule as them.
My wife was seen twice and both times we had problems.
