★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Peguei um veículo nesta agência, após a revisão, 20min ao retirar, sistema elétrico tudo horrível, ligação direta no instante que retirei, isso pq passou por revisão. Pegando o carro andei 20km carro ferveu, acusando no painel temperatura normal. Dn da Agência até prestou socorro, levando um outro, até concertar o carro negociado. No dia seguinte, o carro emprestado, me deixou na mão na castelo branco, chegando em Silveira carro parou, travou. Reservatório de água, de posto em posto enchendo, sempre vazio e sem vazar por baixo. Foi um desgaste sem tamanho, os carros deveriam ser revisados de "verdade" pelo menos detalhes básicos, o mínimo!!! Entregar os carros nessas condições aos clientes, causando este desgaste é péssimo, como na Castelo, quase foi provocado um acidente, se retiramos um carro de uma agencia após revisão, o normal é confiar que esta tudo certo, não aconteceu com os dois carros que peguei. Analisem pra não passarem por essa situação desconfortável, pessoas que testemunharam a compra e os defeitos dos carros, o que passei com os dois carros ficaram surpreendidos do dono alegar que não havia acontecido nada, que os carros estavam bom sim, mesmo sendo eles quem socorreram Aff.....espero não enganarem mais clientes como fizeram comigo. Levem nos mecânicos particulares, não confiem nas revisões deles, os dois que peguei passaram por revisão e me deixaram na mão desta forma. Péssimo, péssimo, péssimo....ainda com isso negando que os carros estavam ruim, reconhecimento zeroo além de enganar clientes, carros todos com problemas, experiencia horrível

I took a vehicle at this agency, after the review, 20 minutes after picking it up, the electrical system was all horrible, direct connection the moment I picked it up, because it went through a review. Picking up the car I walked 20km, the car boiled, showing normal temperature on the panel. The Agency's DNA even provided help, taking another one, until the negotiated car was fixed. The next day, the borrowed car, let me down in the white castle, arriving in Silveira the car stopped, stopped. Reservoir of water, from station to station, filling, always empty and without leaking from below. It was an inordinate amount of wear, the cars should be overhauled for "true" at least basic details, the minimum!!! Delivering cars in these conditions to customers, causing this wear and tear is terrible, as in Castelo, an accident was almost caused, if we take a car from an agency after a review, the normal thing is to trust that everything is fine, it didn't happen with the two cars that I got. Make sure you don't go through this uncomfortable situation, people who witnessed the purchase and defects of the cars, what I went through with the two cars, were surprised by the owner claiming that nothing had happened, that the cars were okay, even though they were the ones who rescued Aff.....I hope they don't deceive more customers like they did to me. Take it from the private mechanics, don't trust their overhauls, the two I took were overhauled and let me down like this. Awful, awful, awful....still denying that the cars were bad, zero recognition beyond deceiving customers, cars all in trouble, horrible experience
