★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei às 18:56 e não me liberaram 10 minutos de internet pq iam fechar às 19:00. Eu não podia ficar até às 19:06? Afinal cheguei antes e não com as portas fechadas. Toda loja se o cliente já está dentro antes do fechamento o cliente permanece lá até o final do atendimento, mesmo que a loja já tenha fechado nesse meio tempo. Aqui não! Eles dispensam o cliente com a loja aberta!
I arrived at 18:56 and did not release me 10 minutes of internet cuz would close at 19:00. Couldn't I stay until 7:06 pm? After all came before and not behind closed doors. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meu aparelho estava com a tela quebrada ,somente touch screen não funcionava,todos as outras funções do telefone estava em perfeito estado tudo normalizado, levei o aparelho nesta assistência no qual foi feita uma avaliação do mesmo e o foi constatado que era somente o touch , o próprio técnico e um atendente lucas avaliaram onde constataram que o aparelho apresentava que já havia um contato com água devido o tempo de uso do mesmo, e mesmo assim aceitaram fazer o serviço visto que o aparelho estava em bom em estado e funcionando, enfim cobraram uma taxa de 90,00 para troca do touch com garantia de 90 dias para serviço executado, o péssimo atendimento já começou no inicio onde informaram que eu teria o aparelho de volta no mesmo dia, mais não cumpriram com o combinado me deixaram esperando varias horas com a minha filha pequena, houve a troca do touch pois 2 vezes onde o técnico que não foi identificado mexeu no aparelho e as funções do celular já não estava como antes, devido o transtorno e falta de comprometimento da assistência o touch foi trocado como conseguia mexer no aparelho, levei o mesmo desse jeito para casa, depois de 2 meses touch do celular parou de funcionar, alego que não teve contato nenhum com água e nem queda, as funções do aparelho permanecem perfeitas, levei o aparelho na assistência , no qual o atendente lucas duvidou do problema do aparelho, e houve constrangimento ao avaliar querendo me conduzir a falar algo que não ocorreu com o aparelho, o mesmo em minha frente falou com o técnico e falou que a garantia iria cobrir o problema que era touch pois o técnico avaliou falou para retorna em 3 dias para retirar o aparelho pois seria comprado a peça, para minha surpresa ligo na assistência e fui informada que não seria coberto pela garantia pois foi avaliado que a placa oxidou , não me entregaram laudo nenhum pediram para assinar um papel para comprovar a retirada,venho através desse órgão de defesa ao consumidor,que essa assistência tem um péssimo atendimento, não tem comprometimento nenhum com os clientes não indico esse lugar para ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo ! Pois fazem erro e não querem concertar. Pela segunda vez passando por algo parecido no mesmo lugar . Hoje fui só atualizar meu currículo . No objetivo profissional . Tinha os cargos q eu desejo e queria deixar também a disposição . E falei para a moça para acrescentar, outras áreas q não exija experiência . Ela então falo seria melhor colocar a disposição da empresa . então concordei , achando q ela ia acrescentar. Então ela imprimiu e tiro as 20 cópias total de 7 reais . Chego em casa vejo q ela avia apagado todos meu objetivo e deixado so a disposiçãoda empresa. Sendo q deveria saber q contratantes dispensa currículo so por essa frase de uma pessoa sem objetivo . Eu mandei e-mail . Reclamando ela falo q eu avia visto . Eu vi no computador antes dela apagar . Mandei isso ela falo q eu vi depôs impresso. MENTINDO. pq não olhei ja coloco dentro do saquinho eu vim embora pq estava com bebê de dois anos q não para queta . Eles não quer reparar o erro . Achando q tenho dinheiro para sair jogando fora . E fora q desci da minha casa ape que e longe até local só pra passar esse stress e gastar dinheiro atoa .

feito o diagnóstico do problema, houve a troca da peça danificada, o celular ficou um observação por 1 dia pelo técnico responsável, e no dia seguinte fiz a retirada do celular. Hoje fazem mais 3 meses e o celular está em perfeito estado, fora o preço que para mim foi super justo. Obrigado a info 21 e seus excelente serviços prestados, sempre com clareza e transparência.
