Meu muito obrigada ao Diogo e Henrique por terem ressuscitado meu aparelho sem que eu perdesse meus dados, e também na rapidez do atendimento, em um dia me entregaram o aparelho em funcionamento.
Professional team and fast service! My device turned off suddenly and didn't turn on anymore, I went to the store, explained what had happened and they promptly assisted me. They performed all the tests, including with other parts, and found that all components were in good condition. The problem was solved simply by cleaning the board. My thanks to Diogo and Henrique for having resurrected my device without losing my data, and also for the speed of service, in one day they delivered the device in operation.
