Levei meu celular na loja deles, meu celular estava funcionando tudo perfeitamente... So pedi pra eles trocarem minha bateria, pois estava descarregando rápido, os cara trocaram a minha bateria e colocaram uma bateria usada no meu celular, meu celular não quis ligar, ele ligava a tela inicial, quando eu colocava a senha o celular apagava.... Os cara não se dão o trabalho nem de testar o equipamento... Toda bateria nova vem com alguma porcentagem de carga, para o teste do mesmo, a que eles colocaram veio descarregada... já tá errado por aí...
Isso aconteceu no sábado, tentei ir na segunda lá, eles falaram que estavam cheio de serviço e que não dava pra olhar o equipamento (iPhone 5s), pediu pra vir as 19hrs, quando cheguei lá estava tudo fechado.... Péssimos atendentes.

Me alegando que possui a loja por 30 anos e restringindo a possibilidade de um cliente como a mim perder todos seus anos por uma negligência da parte dele.
Não me forneceu MINHA NOTA FISCAL!

No dia seguinte a bateria estufou. Voltei lá, pedi p colocar a minha bateria de volta e não querem me devolver o dinheiro. Disseram q não fazem devoluções e ainda foram ignorantes. Disseram q lá não tem nenhuma criança. Não façam serviços lá. É péssimo

Me ofereceram uma bateria dizendo que era original da Motorola botei no celular só durou um mês cravado fui la no outro dia e eles falaram que já tinha passado da garantia aí levei na Motorola a Motorola me informou que a bateria era falsa e nem era o módulo do meu aparelho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, deixei meu telefone lá por 10 dias, para no final me informarem que não tinha conserto. Ninguém responde o Whatsapp e tive que ir a loja diversas vezes para ver se se estava pronto, e no final fui atendida com descaso. Não recomendo, além de demorar, não responder via zap ainda não resolvem, são enrolados e o serviço é de má qualidade!
