Deixei um notebook que estava com problemas no cooler e nem mesmo ligava. O técnico me ligou dizendo que estava normal.
Detalhei a situação e ele insistiu que nada estava acontecendo.
Quando minha esposa foi retirar, ligou na frente dele e lá estava o problema. Mas retiramos e levamos em outra loja.
Deu a impressão de que o técnico não queria (ou não sabia) mexer em notebook.
NÃO RECOMENDO a assistência "técnica".
Terrible attendance.
I left a notebook that was having problems with the cooler and it didn't even turn on. The technician called me saying it was normal.
I detailed the situation and he insisted that nothing was happening.
When my wife went to withdraw, she called in front of him and there was the problem. But we took it out and took it to another store.
It gave the impression that the technician did not want (or did not know) to use a notebook.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND "technical" assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao entrar na loja acredito ser o dono ou filho do dono estava no balcão, porém chamou uma funcionária e começou a discutir com ela na minha frente, um outro funcionário jovem me viu parado vendo a discussão do dono e veio me atender educado e atencioso, fiz o pedido do que queria para o funcionário e entrou outro cliente, o dono começou a gritar com outro funcionário que estava dentro de uma sala o desrespeitando e xingando na frente da gente.
Além dessa forma "educada" de tratar os funcionários fui pedir um desconto para realizar um serviço de clipagem de um cabo de rede pois achei 10 reais muito caro para fazer essa clipagem que é simples e o conector custa centavos, porém como não tenho o alicate tive que fazer o serviço mas me arrependi de pedir o desconto pois, o dono da mesma forma que tratou seus funcionários também com a voz alterada me falando que não dava desconto e o valor era esse mesmo.
Fiquei muito encabulado dessa forma que tratam as pessoas, tanto funcionários quanto clientes.
Fica minha indignação.

In addition to this "polite" way of treating employees, I asked for a discount to perform a network cable clipping service because I found 10 reais too expensive to do this clipping, which is simple and the connector costs cents, but as I don't have the pliers I had to do the service but I regretted asking for the discount because the owner, in the same way that he treated his employees, also with an altered voice, telling me that there was no discount and the value was that same.
I was very embarrassed about how they treat people, both employees and customers.
It remains my indignation.
