A primeira compra o produto me atendeu prontamente.
Já na segunda compra produto TV Stick, ficou a desejar. Não funcionou direito,.
E levando o mesmo na loja, para troca, pois estava dentro do prazo legal, o atendimento que recebi da funcionária responsável, foi muito paciente, e tentando de todas as formas que a solução fosse a melhor para os dois lados ( isso porquê não tinha outro produto da mesma marca para troca).
Infelizmente tive que devolver o produto e e solicitar o reembolso do valor pago.
Obviamente uma comissão cancelada para os funcionários.
Mas tudo foi resolvido dentro dos parâmetros de lojista e cliente.

My experience with this store: within 10 days or so, I made two purchases.
The first purchase of the product answered me promptly.
In the second purchase of the TV Stick product, it was something to be desired. It didn't work right.
And taking it to the store for exchange, as it was within the legal deadline, the service I received from the responsible employee was very patient, and trying in every way that the solution was the best for both sides (that's why there was no another product of the same brand for exchange).
Unfortunately I had to return the product and request a refund of the amount paid.
Obviously a canceled commission for employees.
But everything was resolved within the parameters of shopkeeper and customer.
I recommend the store and I'll be back
