Melhor decisĂŁo! Enquanto aguardo a chegada das peças, o atendente sugeriu um upgrade em um note antigo CCE e ele ficou incrĂvel! Muito mais rĂĄpido como nunca foi, remoção dos vĂrus, aumento da memĂłria RAM, troca de elementos da carcaça, verificação no HD, ficou EXCELENTE! Sem falar do atendimento , onde tudo foi explicado com tal simplicidade que para uma pessoa que nĂŁo tem muito entendimento de informĂĄtica, apenas sabe trabalhar na mĂĄquina, entendi tudo! NĂŁo ficou caro! Valeu muito a pena! Super indico! Depois vou fazer outra resenha quando resolver o problema do DELL. Obrigada Leonardo!
I looked for a support service for my Dell notebook through this channel and took it to INFODUKE RIO, because of a five-star rating. Well, I wanted to give ten stars! Best decision! While waiting for the parts to arrive, the attendant suggested an upgrade to an old CCE notebook and it turned out amazing! Much faster than ever, virus removal, RAM memory increase, housing element replacement, HD verification, it was EXCELLENT! Not to mention the customer service, where everything was explained with such simplicity that for a person who doesn't have a lot of knowledge of computers, only knows how to work on the machine, I understood everything! It wasn't expensive! It was really worth it! Super nominate! I'll do another review later when I solve the DELL problem. Thank you Leonardo!
