Cobram valor exorbitante de manutenção do técnico só pra saber qual foi o problema, se o cliente não tiver a grana do conserto, automaticamente paga a taxa de R$70 reais só pra dar entrada. No meu caso cobrou à mais R$90 só pra informar que o problema foi do HD. Tendo em conta que na nota o valor era de R$70. Só indico pra quem nada em dinheiro, pois quem não tem essa felicidade fica no prejuízo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo comprar ou fazer conserto nessa loja, levei um Notebook há uns tempos atrás e voltou para casa faltando muita peças, na época abrir uma queixa no Procon. (Não confiem em ninguém lá) !
I don't recommend buying or doing repairs in this store, I took a notebook some time ago and came home missing a lot of parts, at the time I filed a complaint with Procon. (Don't trust anyone there) !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não autorizei o serviço pois realmente após a Pandemia está tudo muito caro. Entendo também que o custo de mandar uma placa para reparo é muito alto. Mesmo assim fui muito bem tratado e confio no serviços dessa loja que já possui história no mercado.
