Nos últimos tempos tenho procurado muito atendimento de xerox, impressão e encadernação, mas eles não cumpriram uma única vez o que solicitei e eles confirmaram que fariam. Acabei chegando atrasada nos compromissos por conta da falha deles.Marcava o horário chegava lá ouvia, " sinto muito, mas não deu. A loja lotou". Então sugiro que não atendam mais pelo whatsapp e email. Só presencial favorecendo a lotação e aglomeração de pessoas.
Not good. Bad. They do service by whatsapp and email, but do not respect the request. Recently I've been looking for a lot of photocopying, printing and binding, but they didn't do what I asked for once and they confirmed they would. I ended up being late for appointments because of their failure. I made an appointment and I got there I heard, "I'm sorry, but it didn't work. The store was full". So I suggest that you no longer answer through whatsapp and email. Only in person, favoring the capacity and agglomeration of people.
