Venderam- me um PC usado , que apresentou superaquecimento na segunda semana de uso. Entrei em contato com a INFOPRIME e me pediram pra abrir e limpar o PC, pois poderia se poeira ! Eu me recusei a abrir um produto na garantia , com muita insistência aceitarem revisar o PC. Enviaram- me outro e não me disseram qual o real problema do.anterior . Porém, o pacote office, que constava na descrição, pelo Mercado livre, expirou. Sou professora e dependo deste recurso para trabalhar de forma remota. Meus prazos estão vencendo e , novamente , estou sendo prejudicada., pois a INFOPRIME, me bloqueou de um dos contatos dela, no Whatsapp e no outro, ela não me responde. Empresa nada profissional! Solicito urgente uma solução!

They sold me a used PC, which overheated in the second week of use. I contacted INFOPRIME and they asked me to open and clean the PC, as it could get dust! I refused to open a product under warranty, very insistently accepting to overhaul the PC. They sent me another one and didn't tell me the real problem with the previous one. However, the office package, which was described in the description, by Mercado Livre, has expired. I am a teacher and I depend on this resource to work remotely. My deadlines are expiring and, again, I'm being hurt., Because INFOPRIME, blocked me from one of her contacts, on Whatsapp and on the other, she doesn't answer me. Unprofessional company! I urgently request a solution!
