Deixei meu equipamento lá, não recebi retorno, só fui informado quando eu liguei e depois se 15 dias disse que não tem previsão se quer de pegar no equipamento, simplesmente falta de respeito com o cliente. Retirei e no mesmo dia foi consertado no Mercado do centro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento maravilhoso, porém o técnico é ignorante, levei meu controle com um problema no analógico, ele trocou e aparaceu outros dois problemas em tal, começou a dizer que era a placa do meu controle que estava com problema, sendo que tal controle funcionava perfeitamente, só estava enganchado o analógico esquerdo, começou a gritar e me chamar de louco, enfim.
PÉSSIMO TÉCNICO E PÉSSIMO AO LIDAR COM CLIENTE.
