Péssimo atendimento: só hoje liguei 10 vezes para saber se meu pedido estava pronto, sim fiz 10 chamadas, e ninguém atendeu minha ligação!
Conversar com eles pelo WhatsApp é mais um caos: fiquei das 10h35 às 18h para ser atendida e mesmo assim só falaram comigo porque liguei pra loja implorando para visualizarem a minha mensagem!
Já esquecerem de fazer um dos meus pedidos, que inclusive já estava pago. A sorte é que eu fui buscar 48h antes de entregar pro meu cliente final. Se eu fosse buscar o pedido na gráfica no mesmo dia da entrega com o cliente, teria passado vergonha já que eu pedido sequer tinha ido para a produção e detalhe: meu pedido levava 3 dias úteis para ser produzido e eu pedi com 1 semana de antecedência.
Não recomendo, não faço mais nada com vocês.
Unfortunately the minimum is 1 star when the correct would be zero stars.
Bad service: just today I called 10 times to see if my order was ready, yes I made 10 calls, and no one answered my call!
Chatting with them on WhatsApp is more chaos: I stayed from 10:35 am to 6 pm to be answered and even then they only spoke to me because I called the store begging them to view my message!
They already forgot to place one of my orders, which was already paid for. Luckily, I picked it up 48 hours before delivering it to my final customer. If I were to pick up the order at the print shop on the same day as the delivery with the customer, I would have been embarrassed as I had not even gone to production and detail: my order took 3 working days to be produced and I ordered 1 week in advance .
I don't recommend, I don't do anything with you anymore.
