★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os móveis são lindos, de ótima qualidade! Mas gostaria de sugerir que as gavetas ( mesas e gaveteiros) fossem uns 5cm mais de profundidade. Pois fica um pouco difícil colocar os documentos e pastas. ;)
The furniture is beautiful, great quality! But I would like to suggest that the drawers (tables and chests of drawers) were about 5cm deeper. Because it is a little difficult to place the documents and folders. ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Encomendei uma mesa e marcaram para entregar depois de três dias. Fiquei aguardando no dia da entrega o meu produto. Mandei a localização, o endereço, ponto de referência, sendo que no dia do pedido já havia repassado essas informações. Me ligaram, não pude atender no momento, depois só recebi a mensagem de que houve duas tentativas de entrega e depois sumiram. Mas como assim duas tentativas de entrega??? Retornei as ligações assim que pude, coisa de 15 minutos depois, mandei mensagem e ninguém respondeu ou atendeu! Fiquei esperando a entrega e nada! Mandei uma mensagem no Instagram, me responderam a tarde dizendo que não encontraram meu endereço e que poderiam me entregar a mesa daqui há 7 dias!! Por favor né! Não estava pedindo nenhum favor ao dono da loja, queria comprar um produto!
O atendimento é tudo, nele você ganha o cliente ou perde! Quando você ganha um cliente, você pode acabar ganhando outros mais pois àquele pode fazer indicações! Quando você perde um cliente, você também perde muitos outros! Então, sinceramente, não indico essa loja! Foi uma perca de tempo, pois esperei por um produto e não chegou. Se não queriam vender ou realizar a entrega, bastava dizer! Simples. O preço do produto é até bom, mas de que vale pagar um pouco mais barato se vou ser mal atendida? As vezes vale a pena pagar um pouco mais caro, ter um bom atendimento e uma entrega mais rápida, do que passar por isso. Não estava pedindo favores aos senhores!
Espero que vocês melhorem o atendimento de vocês, pois este é o princípio para qualquer empresa ter sucesso.
I do not recommend! I ordered a table and they scheduled delivery after three days. I was waiting on the day of delivery for my product. I sent the location, address, reference point, and on the day of the order I had already passed on this information. They called me, I couldn't answer at the moment, then I only received the message that there were two delivery attempts and then they disappeared. But how about two delivery attempts??? I returned the calls as soon as I could, about 15 minutes later, I sent a message and no one answered or answered! I was waiting for delivery and nothing! I sent a message on Instagram, they replied to me in the afternoon saying that they couldn't find my address and that they could deliver the table to me in 7 days!! Please! I wasn't asking the store owner any favors, I wanted to buy a product!
Service is everything, in it you win the customer or lose! When you gain a customer, you may end up gaining more because that one can make referrals! When you lose one customer, you also lose many others! So, honestly, I don't recommend this store! It was a waste of time, as I waited for a product and it didn't arrive. If they didn't want to sell or deliver, all they had to do was say so! Simple. The price of the product is even good, but what's the point of paying a little cheaper if I'm going to be poorly served? Sometimes it's worth paying a little more, having good service and faster delivery, than going through this. I wasn't asking you for favors!
I hope you improve your service, as this is the principle for any company to succeed.
