★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu notebook no sábado passado p conserto pedi urgência pois é o meu instrumento de trabalho, ficaram de entrar em contato p passar orçamento, hj uma semana depois estive lá e eles n me deram o orçamento e ainda disseram q talvez n tenha conserto. Só n entendo pq me passaram isso uma semana depois sabendo q é o meu instrumento de trabalho....o meu notebook é novo primeira vez q irá p o conserto ... Falta de inrresponsabilidade ! Nenhum compromisso c o cliente..... O mínimo a ser feito seria me avisar do problema e então eu teria tomado providências... Poxa meu instrumento de trabalho ?
I left my notebook last Saturday for repair, I asked for urgency because it is my work tool, they were in contact with me to spend the budget, today I was there a week later and they didn’t give me the budget and they said that maybe I haven’t got it fixed. I just don't understand why they gave it to me a week later knowing it is my work tool .... my notebook is new the first time it will be fixed ... Lack of responsibility! No commitment to the client ..... The least to do would be to notify me of the problem and then I would have taken action ... Come on, my work tool ?
