Levei duas TVs uma tava com problema nos leds a outra na tela
A tela ele deu um jeito a outra fez uma gambiarra nos leds que não durava dois dias, com muita conversa min prometeu devolver a metade do ? de um concerto que na realidade era uma gambiarra a outro durou 4 meses e parou nem entrei em contato pois não quero nem ver a cara de cidadão, mais deixo aqui o meu relato p/ vcs, nessa loja o ditado ( O BARATO PODE SAIR CARO ) não é ditado é verídico.

Só vem com conversa furada e mentiras, além de um serviço péssimo. Não troca peças e não deixa o produto em um bom estado. Não entrem nessa fria !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei trocar a bateria do notebook e tá aqui, deixei carregando e após 2hs de carga ao desconectar da fonte não segura carga.
Após algumas revisões foi constatado que o problema realmente era do aparelho, vlw João pela força aí.
I had the notebook battery changed and it's here, I left it charging and after 2 hours of charging when disconnecting from the source, it doesn't hold a charge.
After some revisions it was found that the problem really was the device, thanks João for the force there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente um atendimento e retorno bom e rápido, até chegar em casa e ver que o problema não tinha sido resolvido, depois disso foi uns 4 meses enrolando, sem responder as mensagens muitas das vezes, entregando o produto dizendo q estava resolvido e quando ia ligar em casa do mesmo jeito. Por fim acabei com minha placa de vídeo com uma ventoinha trocada e que não gira e a placa com o mesmo defeito de antes, se não sabe consertar não pegue o serviço. NÃO LEVEM SEUS EQUIPAMENTOS NESSA LOJA!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT TO THIS STORE!!!
