★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com problema na tela, o primeiro atendimento foi bom. Gastei 450 pra trocarem minha tela, pra em 3 meses ela começar a desmontar e dar defeito. Dentro da garantia, fui trocar e demoraram 12 dias pra me falar que não era culpa deles, sendo que minha tela não tava se desfazendo antes de deixar na mão deles.
Péssimo atendimento. Se vai fazer mal feito, pelo menos faz rápido pra gente achar quem faça melhor. Talvez se não fosse retorno, eles tivessem me entregue arrumadinho ainda na semana seguinte, como foi na primeira vez.
I had a problem on the screen, the first service was good. I spent 450 to change my screen, so in 3 months it starts to disassemble and fail. Within the guarantee, I went to change and it took them 12 days to tell me that it was not their fault, since my screen was not coming apart before leaving it in their hands.
Terrible attendance. If it is going to be badly done, at least it is quick for us to find whoever does it best. Maybe if there was no return, they would have delivered me tidy even the following week, as it was the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos lá, o atendimento foi bem feito, o técnico verificou o equipamento e passou o valor do orçamento, R$325,00, ok dei o de acordo para efetuar, quando fui retirar falaram que ficou em R$385,00, questionei informando que não era esse o valor informado, aí falaram que iam deixar por R$350,00 e não teve nenhum acréscimo de serviço descrito que justificasse o aumento, então sendo assim próximo vez peço para formalizar e não ficar só na palavra, espero que o serviço executado não seja no mesmo padrão do orçamento/cobrança.
Come on, the service was well done, the technician checked the equipment and passed the budget amount, R $ 325.00, ok I gave the agreement to make it, when I went to withdraw they said it was R $ 385.00, I questioned informing that no that was the amount informed, then they said they would leave it for R $ 350.00 and there was no added service described to justify the increase, so next time I ask to formalize and not be left alone in the word, I hope that the service performed does not be in the same pattern as the budget / billing.
