Contratei um plano de 200/200, e constantemente minha banda é capada pela metade, estou reclamando literalmente a meses e nada ainda.
Ganhando mensagens como "os técnicos não foram ai na sua casa porque sempre esteve tudo ok com o seu sinal, estava liberado exatamente o valor dos megas que você contratou, eles acessaram o seu roteador e estava tudo ok com o seu roteador também, por isso eles não realizaram a visita, os técnicos julgaram desnecessário porque sempre esteve tudo ok com o seu sinal ta bom??"
Sendo que eu mandei vários e vários prints provando que a internet esta sendo limitada.
Se você é uma pessoa exigente com o que recebe, definitivamente não recomendo, eu faço uso intensivo da internet então qualquer variação se torna algo relevante pra mim.
Good service but with technicians who play blind.
I hired a 200/200 plan, and constantly my band is capped in half, I've been complaining for literally months and still nothing.
Getting messages like "the technicians didn't come to your house because everything was ok with your signal, the exact value of the megs you hired was released, they accessed your router and everything was ok with your router too, that's why they didn't make the visit, the technicians deemed it unnecessary because everything was ok with your signal, ok??"
Since I sent several and many prints proving that the internet is being limited.
If you are a demanding person with what you get, I definitely don't recommend it, I use the internet intensively so any variation becomes relevant to me.
