Solicitei o serviço em dois equipamentos, um esta funcionando com falhas e a outra nova que instalaram o Bulk ing, porem no mesmo mês apresentou defeito e estorou dentro do equipamento dando falha. informaram que nao era responsabilidade deles.
The service is good, but the service is terrible. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um notebook p conserto por 20 dias, até eles dizerem q o fornecedor n tinha a peça e q eu deveria buscar o notebook. Quando chego em casa uma peça do notebook estava mal encaixada e com um pino de encaixe quebrado ???
Espero q n passem por isso.
I left a notebook for repair for 20 days, until they said that the supplier did not have the part and that I should get the notebook. When I get home a part of the notebook was badly fitted and with a broken pin ???
I hope you don't go through that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um desktop novo, com garantia que só vive sem imagem por componentes mal encaixados e eu tenho que perder meu dia levando pra concertarem esse simples defeito pra não perder a garantia.
I bought a new desktop, with a warranty that only lives without an image because of poorly fitted components and I have to waste my day taking to fix this simple defect so as not to lose the warranty.
