★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento aparentemente ótimo, mas o diagnóstico foi incorreto: disse que era pra trocar a placa mãe, mas fui na iByte e descobriram que era apenas um problema de cooler, simples substituição. O que foi mais decepcionante foi que alguns dos componentes haviam sido trocados. Isso só fui saber 1 ano depois, após abrir o computador para verificar outra coisa. Meu computador é completamente americano, e achei um selo da Anatel em um dos componentes.
Apparently great service, but the diagnosis was incorrect: I said it was to change the motherboard, but I went to iByte and found that it was just a cooler problem, simple replacement. What was most disappointing was that some of the components had been replaced. I only found out about it a year later, after opening the computer to check something else. My computer is completely American, and I found an Anatel seal on one of the components.
