★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu notebook foi com um pequeno problema para consertar. Eles resolveram esse problema mas causaram alguns outros na tela. Levei de volta para consertarem mas infelizmente voltou do mesmo jeito. Não recomendo e não colocaria nenhum outro tipo de dispositivo nessa loja.
My notebook was having a little problem to fix. They fixed this issue but caused a few others on the screen. I took it back to get it fixed but unfortunately it came back the same way. I do not recommend and would not put any other type of device in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu note demorou um pouco pra ficar pronto (não encontravam a peça no mercado), porém o atendimento foi excelente desde o início. Me informaram todo o andamento. Ainda estou testando o note, mas voltou bem mais rápido do que antes. Recomendo a todos.
My notebook took a while to get ready (they couldn't find the part on the market), but the service was excellent from the beginning. They let me know all the progress. I'm still testing the note, but it came back much faster than before. I recommend it to everyone.

Levei meu computador para uma análise, até aí tudo bem; o técnico me ligou e foi super grosso, ríspido e debochado... ele ria em algumas situações o que me deixava nervosa. Eu sou leiga em informática e uma uma hora perguntei “como tem certeza disso” aí a resposta “eu trabalho com isso desde 1900 e alguma coisa” e não respondeu nem minha dúvida, outra hora o mesmo insinuou que o outro técnico (que não tinha nada a ver com a história naquele momento) tinha queimado a placa mãe do meu computador, achei isso um absurdo, antiético e falta de profissionalismo... e mesmo eu nervosa com tamanha falta de educação, ele ainda me fez o favor de me ligar de novo... como o técnico disse “ainda bem que as ligações são gravadas”. Não recomendo pra ninguém, trabalha com isso desde 1900 mas não sabe atender um cliente! Insatisfação total.
I had a very negative experience! I took my computer in for an analysis, so far so good; the technician called me and was super rude, harsh and mocking... he laughed in some situations which made me nervous. I am a layman in computer science and at one point I asked "how are you sure about that" then the answer "I've been working with it since 1900 and something" and he didn't even answer my question, another time the same insinuated that the other technician (who didn't have nothing to do with the story at that moment) had burned my computer's motherboard, I found this absurd, unethical and unprofessional... and even though I was nervous with such a lack of education, he still did me the favor of calling me again... as the technician said "good thing the calls are recorded". I don't recommend it to anyone, he's been working with it since 1900 but he doesn't know how to serve a customer! Total dissatisfaction.
