★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem, levei meu PC para ser consertado e graças aos técnicos da Infotec pude recuperar um trabalho importante, inclusive me disponibilizaram o arquivo antes mesmo de eu pagar o serviço. Por isso faço elogios quanto ao atendimento, mesmo que o mesmo problema tenha voltado após testar o computador em casa, ainda há o tempo de garantia. Porém, se puder deixar uma sugestão para melhoria, acredito que deveriam retirar da placa que há na entrada dos guichês dos técnicos, pois nela consta como um dos serviços prestados por vocês, que vocês podem vir à casa do cliente buscar a máquina, sendo que eu tentei solicitar este serviço mais de uma vez e vocês me disseram que não o faziam.
Fiquei sem entender se há algum tipo específico de cliente que pode receber essa regalia (o que não é muito legal, em minha opinião) ou se é algo que vocês faziam e já não fazem mais...além do fato de eu ter pedido nota fiscal e a caixa não ter feito...Fora isso, no demais, o atendimento foi ok.
 Well, I took my PC to be repaired and thanks to Infotec technicians I was able to recover an important work, they even made the file available to me before I even paid for the service. So I praise the service, even if the same problem has returned after testing the computer at home, there is still the warranty time. However, if you can leave a suggestion for improvement, I believe you should remove it from the sign at the entrance of the technicians' booths, as it is listed as one of the services provided by you, that you can come to the customer's house to pick up the machine, and I tried to request this service more than once and you told me you didn't.
I didn't understand if there is any specific type of client that can receive this benefit (which is not very nice, in my opinion) or if it's something you used to do and don't do anymore...besides the fact that I asked for a grade tax and the box did not do it...Other than that, the service was ok.

Eles entenderam que meu computador estava ainda no conserto e dessa forma eu não pude testar o produto em tempo. Recomendo essa loja. Recomendo também comprar produtos de marca para evitar possíveis problemas de funcionamento.
The salespeople helped me to exchange a defective product, even with a few days out of warranty. They understood that my computer was still in repair and that way I was unable to test the product in time. I recommend this store. I also recommend buying branded products to avoid possible malfunctions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, procurem qualquer outra loja na cidade, comprei um equipamento novo com eles, cheirou queimado e me falaram que estava normal quando voltei lá e o cheiro era pq o equipamento era "novo" , na segunda vez apresentou erro meu computador, entrou em curto, oscilava a energia e não ligava mais, levei pra eles, eles falaram que não tinham como testar pra ver oq houve e eu não podia alegar que o que aconteceu foi pelo equipamento deles. Devolveram minhas coisas e fiquei sem computador.
I do not recommend, look for any other store in the city, I bought a new equipment with them, it smelled burnt and they told me it was normal when I went back there and the smell was because the equipment was "new", the second time my computer presented an error, short, the power fluctuated and didn't turn on anymore, I took it to them, they said they couldn't test to see what happened and I couldn't claim that what happened was due to their equipment. They returned my things and I was left without a computer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é uma confusão total, seguraram meu note por 2 semanas e me devolveram sem nenhum reparo e nem indicação doq fazer. Senti um descaso da maior parte dos funcionários q tive contato. A única coisa q não posso reclamar é q devolveram prontamente o valor q já havia pago. Após contato da gerencia sanei algumas dúvidas e espero q meu feedback ajude na melhora do serviço.
The service is a total mess, they held my note for 2 weeks and returned it to me without any repair or indication of what to do. I felt a disregard for most of the employees I had contact with. The only thing I can't complain about is that they promptly returned the amount they had already paid. After contacting the management, I resolved some doubts and I hope my feedback will help improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro periféricos nessa loja , teclado mouse e muito mais , eles tem uns mouse pads muito bonitos tenho um do assassins screed que cabe o teclado e o mouse em cima enorme e foi bem barato uso a mais de 1 ano.
I buy peripherals in this store, keyboard, mouse and much more, they have very nice mouse pads. I have one of the assassins screed that fits the keyboard and the mouse on top, huge and it was very cheap to use for over 1 year.
