Ao questionar a vendedora sobre ambos os rótulos, a mesma mostrou total desconhecimento sobre os vinhos, o que não vejo tanto problema, visto a enorme gama de rótulos existentes no mercado. Mas, além disso, a vendedora não se mostrou nenhum pouco prestativa em fazer perguntas básicas como qual era ocasião, faixa de preço desejada, tipo de comida e etc. Realmente um atendimento que deixa muito a desejar a grandeza e história da Ingá Vinhos. Espero que tenha sido um dia ruim da vendedora e por isso, espero poder dar outra chance. De toda forma, acredito que uma reciclagem e melhor treinamento para os atendentes se faz necessário ao funcionários da loja de Boa Viagem.
I always received good recommendations from Ingá Vinho and went with a friend to buy two wines. When questioning the seller about both labels, she showed total ignorance about the wines, which I do not see so much problem, given the huge range of labels on the market. But beyond that, the seller was not at all helpful in asking basic questions such as what occasion, desired price range, type of food, and so on. Really a service that leaves much to be desired the grandeur and history of Ingá Vinhos. I hope it was a bad seller's day and so I hope I can give it another try. Anyway, I believe that a recycling and better training for attendants is necessary for the Boa Viagem store employees.

Extremamente bem localizada com amplo estacionamento.
Loja climatizada e muito bem decorada. Com o pé direito bastante alto, proporcionando um conforto pra os clientes.
Além dos vinhos e espumantes, a loja também comercializa taças, decanters, abridores, queijos, fondue e outros.
Recomendo muito!!!
