O Sr. Claudio que me atendeu, foi bem solicito com relação as minhas dúvidas sobre o procedimento de instalação do SOM automotivo, por telefone e na loja. Serviço bem realizado, sem cobrar nada a mais por coisas que não existem e que não tem necessidade, valore justos. Super recomendo. Um ponto que acho que deveria melhorar, seria a comunicação via zap. No numero 98920.4972 que está na placa da loja, a mensagem chega mais ninguém responde, no mais apenas isso.
Excellent service, well done and ethical service. Mr. Claudio, who attended me, was well asked regarding my doubts about the installation procedure of the automotive SOM, by phone and in the store. Service well done, without charging anything more for things that do not exist and that do not have a need, are worth fair. I highly recommend it. One point that I think should improve, would be the communication via zap. At number 98920.4972 that is on the store's sign, the message arrives but no one responds, not just that.
