Me chamo Barbara Rodriguês fiz a compra de 2 ar condicionado no dia 26-11-20 com vcs, que são péssimos no pós venda, só estão preocupados com a venda comprei o ar com antecedência pois iria precisar para o Natal e reveion e o mesmo chegou dias depois da compra com defeito e até agora não recebi o novo, fui informada que receberia até dia 23, depois passou para o dia 30 e até agora nada até o momento não recebi nenhuma ligação da loja para dar uma satisfação, dizem que preciso ver com a fabrica LEVEROS, ou seja, problema é seu, NÃO INDICO A NINGUEM, procurem empresa que estão preocupados com a satisfação do cliente não com a venda.
