They promised IMMEDIATE SHIPPING of my LC61 - Brother Cartridge Kit, however, my payment has been APPROVED since 11/30/2019 and to date I have not received even the tracking code.
A: I only did the reevaluation because it arrived on time, but don't promise immediate shipping if your system can't handle it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de bastões de cera dia 08/01/2020, sendo o pagamento confirmado dia 09/01/2020, com previsão de entrega para hoje 03/02/2020 (conforme informam no site deles), porém nem a nota fiscal foi emitida e nem o produto enviado para mim, assim, com certeza o produto não irá chegar hoje. Gostaria de um posicionamento da empresa, visto que tentei o dia todo contato via telefone com a empresa e não obtive sucesso.
Edit 1: Hoje dia 10/02/2020 não responderam nada e não fazem nada a respeito
I placed an order for wax sticks on 1/8/2020, the payment being confirmed on 1/9/2020, with delivery scheduled for 2/3/2020 today (as reported on their website), but even the invoice was not issued and neither the product sent to me, so, for sure the product will not arrive today. I would like a positioning of the company, since I tried all day contact via phone with the company and was not successful.
Edit 1: Today 02/10/2020 did not answer anything and do nothing about it
