★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pousada bem localizada e com boas instalações. O quarto e o banheiro poderiam ter mais tomadas e cabideiros. Tivemos um pequeno problema de disparidade de preços entre a reserva no Booking e o cobrado no local. Isso foi demonstrado na nossa chegada no aplicativo. Não sei se foi problema do booking ou da pousada. O café da manhã era básico. E em alguns dias faltaram itens essenciais e a pousada nem estava cheia. A funcionária pegava os itens do café como medida de segurança contra covid, mas isso trazia um racionamento em relação a comida. Acho que as medidas de segurança para evitar disseminação da pandemia são super válidas, mas isso não deve ser desculpa para não servir os hospedes adequadamente. A equipe de recepção, limpeza e cozinha era bastante atenciosa. Notei que os problemas ocorridos não partiram dos funcionários, mas talvez da gestão. Há pontos a serem melhorados, mas nada que comprometa o serviço de maneira geral e o conforto das instalações.
Inn well located and with good facilities. The bedroom and bathroom could have more outlets and hangers. We had a small issue of price disparity between booking on Booking and charged on site. This was demonstrated upon our arrival in the app. I don't know if it was a problem with the booking or the inn. Breakfast was basic. And in some days essential items were missing and the inn was not even full. The employee took the items from the cafe as a security measure against covid, but this brought rationing in relation to food. I think the security measures to prevent the spread of the pandemic are super valid, but that should not be an excuse for not serving guests properly. The reception, cleaning and kitchen staff were quite attentive. I noticed that the problems that occurred did not come from the employees, but perhaps from the management. There are points to be improved, but nothing that compromises the service in general and the comfort of the facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já somos fregueses, gostamos imensamente do local e atendimento dos funcionários e gerência. Somente os quartos de frente mereciam isolamento acústico urgentemente, por serem as janelas e portas vazadas por venezianas. Pra piorar, no Bendito Bar, a poucos metros no Beco das Garrafas, insistem em ligar o som muito alto, estilo loja de roça, das 18 as 24 horas. Música tão alta não combina com o estilo da rua e preguiça o sossego de quem vem para a pousada em busca de descanso. Totalmente fora do aceitável!!
We are already customers, we really liked the place and the service from the staff and management. Only the rooms at the front urgently deserved soundproofing, as the windows and doors were open with shutters. To make matters worse, at the Bendito Bar, a few meters away from Beco das Garrafas, they insist on turning on the music very loud, country store style, from 6 pm to midnight. Music so loud doesn't match the style of the street and laziness the peace of those who come to the inn in search of rest. Totally out of line!!
