★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, total falta de comunicação com o paciente, exame analisado sem laudo conclusivo, indicação de início de tratamento com diagnóstico incerto e provavelmente errado (segundo avaliação de outro neurologista). Como pode ser visto nas outras avaliações esse lugar deixa muito a desejar e levando em consideração o que um diagnóstico errado pode trazer como resultado pensem BEM onde vocês podem ser atendidos, porque pelo mesmo preço vocês podem ter uma consulta infinitamente superior e atenciosa.
 Lousy service, total lack of communication with the patient, examination analyzed without conclusive report, indication of starting treatment with uncertain and probably wrong diagnosis (according to another neurologist's evaluation). As can be seen in the other evaluations, this place leaves a lot to be desired and considering what a wrong diagnosis can bring as a result think WELL where you can be served, because for the same price you can have an infinitely superior and attentive consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não têm o menor preparo pra atender crianças. Meu filho precisava fazer um exame dormindo e a clínica não tem a mínima infraestrutura pra atender casos como esse, nos deixaram na recepção cheia de gente falando e televisão ligada, depois pedi pra nos levarem pra um lugar um pouco mais tranquilo, mas nos colocaram no corredor da ressonância bem barulhento. Mesmo assim insistimos pra tentar fazer ele dormir. Quando estávamos quase conseguindo fui pedir pra levarem ele pra sala do exame, pois ele dormiria deitado na cama, mas fui ignorada e ainda disseram que as crianças dormem assim no colo. Se tiverem que fazer exame em crianças, não levem pra esse lugar.

My son had to take a test asleep and the clinic does not have the minimum infrastructure to handle cases like this, they left us at the reception full of people talking and television on, then asked to take us to a little quieter place, but they put us in the hallway of resonance well noisy. When we were almost done I asked to take him to the examination room, because he would sleep in bed, but I was ignored and still said that the children sleep like this on their lap. If they have to take it in children, do not take it to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pra marcar consulta péssimo, pior do que hospital do SUS, continuo lá porque já faço tratamento com mesmo médico já faz um tempão, mas quando preciso é sempre um problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Você tem ligar e agendar a consulta ou o exame, mas segundo a clinica o atendimento é entre um horário determinado (ex. de 8 as 9) , sendo atendido por ordem de chegada. Logo, o agendamento não serve para nada. Demorei 3 horas para ser atendido, pois marcaram 15 pacientes para serem atendidos de "8 as 9". Além disso o médico chegou atrasado para iniciar os atendimentos. Novamente retornei para fazer o exame, pois meu plano so cobria lá, e fiquei mais 2:15 horas para ser atendido. Não entendo por que não fazem agendamento de horário, transferem o problema deles para os próprios pacientes, pois desta forma o médico não tem atendimentos perdidos ou atrasados. Terrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, horrível... 7h30 até 8h você pode confirmar a sua consulta, passando disso, não. O médico atrasa mais de 1h e temos que ficar esperando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, o responsável pelo exame chega a hora que entende ser melhor pra ele, o cliente tem q esperar como se nao tivesse mais nada a fazer, funcionários adentram no estabelecimento sem o uso de máscara, ou seja, vamos ter mais respeito ao cliente.
