★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu cheguei na Inovafatto através de pesquisas do Goolge com a maior nota, mais depois do meu projeto entregue, tenho que vir aqui colocar o meu comentário para alertar novos clientes, tive uma péssima experiência com eles, como medições erradas e durante muitas, mais gambiarras foram feitas, e até hoje ainda tem manutenção pendentes desde Junho, ou seja cobram caro falando que são nota 5, mais não merecem, só uma empresa comum e vão te dar de cabeça do mesmo jeito.
O meu projeto é o 1002346
 I arrived at Inovafatto through Goolge surveys with the highest score, but after my project delivered, I have to come here to post my comment to alert new customers, I had a terrible experience with them, with wrong measurements and during many, more tricks were made, and to this day, maintenance is still pending since June, that is, they charge dearly, saying that they are grade 5, but they don't deserve it, just a common company and they will give you the same head.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento desde o início com a Amanda foi espetacular, direta, clara 3 humilde, entendeu nossas dúvidas e fez algo até melhor do que esperávamos. Não é a toa que todas as notas aqui são 5 e por essa razão que fomos atrás. Se você quer qualidade, atendimento excelente do início até o fim (e pós tb), recomendo a Innovafatto de olhos fechados. Queria agradecer a Amanda, o Sr Henrique (que veio medir e tb é o dono da empresa, que alias só descobri depois), o Bernardo que foi quem veio entregar e super atencioso, educado e cuidadoso e por fim o Clever que é o montador que fez un trabalho INCRÍVEL!! Resumindo, RECOMENDO 100%!! Com certeza, fecharei novos negócios com eles!!
The service from the beginning with Amanda was spectacular, direct, clear 3 humble, understood our doubts and did something even better than we expected. No wonder all the notes here are 5 and that's why we went after it. If you want quality, excellent service from start to finish (and after tb), I recommend Innovafatto with your eyes closed. I would like to thank Amanda, Mr Henrique (who came to measure and is also the owner of the company, which I just found out later), Bernardo who was the one who came to deliver and was super attentive, polite and careful and finally Clever who is the assembler who did an AMAZING job!! In short, I RECOMMEND 100%!! I will definitely close new deals with them!!

Fiquei muito satisfeito com o atendimento prestado pelo Sr. Alefe, que passou segurança e confiança durante o planejamento e na compra.
A entrega ocorreu antes do prazo estipulado e foi acompanhada com eficiência pela Carol.
A instalação ocorreu muito bem, onde o instalador Acácio Jr. resolveu os problemas com tranquilidade e eficiência.

Só agradecer pelo ótimo trabalho da Amanda que desde a primeira visita foi muito atenciosa, simpática, sempre disponível pra tirar todas as nossas dúvidas e muito assertiva nas contribuições sem perder a essência de como queríamos nosso projeto. Além de tudo isso, ganhei uma super amiga! O prazo de entrega foi recorde, chegou bem antes do previsto e tudo veio muito bem embalado. E não posso deixar de comentar e agradecer o atendimento do Sr Henrique, o dono, que além da negociação, tem todo o cuidado na hora das medições e também super atencioso. Quanto aos montadores também só elogios, foram super cuidadosos e eficientes!!! Por isso minha nota é 5,0.
I definitely recommend... Just compliments... we were very well attended. Alef who made our project, was super helpful, considerate, managed to understand what we wanted... it was perfect!!! And I can't fail to comment and thank Mr Henrique, the owner, who, in addition to negotiating, is very careful when taking measurements and is also super attentive. As for the assemblers, only praise, they were super careful and efficient!!! So my grade is 5.0.
