 This real estate company is just a bunch of people, I didn't fall for them. I was their victim in 2018, signing the contract for the purchase of the residential Lagoa Parck. They are scammers along with the construction company's bullies.

Na hora da compra são mil maravilhas depois tudo se transforma em um pesadelo.
Não comprem nada dessa imobiliária, eles não são honestos e muito menos profissionais.

Bad experience with this company. They sold me a project that they already knew was going to take time to deliver, even so they gave me a period of 1 month. DO NOT RECOMMEND, look for another real estate.

E por conta desse estou impossibitada de financiar outro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, com empregados desisformados, não conhecem os empreendimentos que vendem, não informar quase nada a respeito dos imóveis, te constrangem a adquirir um seguro residencial para "estreitar" os laços (comissão, pois são correspondentes bancário da Caixa) com o Banco, caso contrário poderá ter seu financiamento negado, pura mentira, o seguro residencial não é obrigatório, mas sim o segundo do imóvel que é celebrado no momento da assinatura do contrato junto à Caixa, que por sinal tive minha via retida pela empregada da Innovar, Tatiana. Sem falar nas minhas vias dos contratos, memorial descritivo, minuta do estatuto do condomínio, planta final, planta completa, etc...no qual encontram-se retidos até a presente data, pelo desinformado, Felipe e pelo Edson. Antes que me venha com essa resposta padrão, de em qual data e circunstancias desse atendimento, vos respondo todos ocorreram em Dezembro de 2017 para aquisição de um apartamento no Residencial Lagoa Park, ao qual teve consignado em contato a data de sua entrega em Dezembro de 2017. Até hoje a obra não está conclusa.
Dessa forma ô senhor proprietário misterioso, espero que conseguiga pontuar as falhas e corrigi-las para sempre atender muito melhor seus possíveis clientes.

Depois apareceu uma tal de Ana lesa que nunca resolveu nada. Não comprem imóveis com essa imobiliária que é furada.

Agora, ninguém atende, deixam a gente esperando vários minutos e depois desligam o Telefone fixo sem se quer se importar. Comprar um ap no residencial LAGOA PARK foi a minha pior escolha, até hoje nada de sair e é sempre uma desculpa diferente. Caso alguém tbm esteja tendo problemas cm a compra de um ap no residencial lagoa park. Entre em contato comigo para a troca de informações.
