★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem os prazos contratuais. Estamos com um pedido atrasado há mais de 60 dias e a vendedora simplesmente informa que está com problemas com seus fornecedores. Total descaso com os clientes, estamos relatando o problema no site Reclame Aqui e acionando o advogado para cobrar as perdas e danos na justiça. Não recomendo a ninguém.
They do not meet the contractual deadlines. We have a backlog for more than 60 days and the seller simply reports that she is having problems with her suppliers. Total neglect with customers, we are reporting the problem on the website Reclame Aqui and calling on the lawyer to collect losses and damages in court. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Após a entrega, que atrasou , conforme comentário acima, os materiais chegaram e o engenheiro constatou que são de excelente qualidade! Por isso, passei minha nota de 1 para 3.
