★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de responsabilidade e falta de comprometimento em relação a devolução de produtos, comprei uma peça e levei, porém não curti muito, voltei na loja para fazer o estorno o gerente perguntou o porquê de eu ter levado se eu não gostei, educadamente pedi desculpas e assim me retirei da loja, péssima conduta profissional.
Lack of responsibility and lack of commitment to returning products, I bought a piece and took it, but I didn't like it much, I went back to the store to make the chargeback, the manager asked why I took it if I didn't like it, I politely apologized and so I withdrew from the store, bad professional conduct.
