★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total decepção com a logística dessa “empresa” solicitei meu pedido as 8:37 da manhã primeiro horário,pedido esse pago via pix e já são 17:18 da tarde e nem sinal do meu pedido,a desculpa da empresa é a grande demanda de pedidos e como eu não perguntei nada EU = cliente,eles também não tiveram logística de informar sobre nada... não recomendo de forma alguma pelo péssimo atendimento. Quando compramos algo é pago e não favor o serviço no mínimo tem que ser executado corretamente
Quando a entrega finalmente resolve chegar no meu condomínio com tudo pago via pix o entregador se recusa a deixar a mesma na portaria com a alegação de não ter pago a entrega,DESORGANIZAÇÃO TOTAL
Total disappointment with the logistics of this "company" I requested my order at 8:37 am first time, I requested this paid via pix and it is already 17:18 pm and there is no sign of my order, the company's excuse is the great demand for requests and as I didn't ask anything EU = customer, they also didn't have the logistics to inform about anything... I don't recommend it at all because of the poor service. When we buy something it is paid and not a favor the service at least has to be performed correctly
When the delivery finally arrives at my condominium with everything paid for via pix, the delivery person refuses to leave it at the reception with the allegation of not having paid for the delivery, TOTAL DISORGANIZATION
