★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possui uma grande variedades de produtos da Inova com preços bem atrativos, porém, os funcionários ficam muito dispersos como se não houvesse uma postura de atendimento enquanto há clientes na loja. O processo de pagar e receber a mercadoria é um pouco confuso, o cliente deveria receber as sacolas com os produtos somente após o pagamento e em mãos para que não ocorra nenhum "contratempo" como aconteceu comigo e meu irmão. Mas no geral fomos muito bem atendidos e acredito que voltaremos a fazer mais negócio.
It has a wide variety of Inova products at very attractive prices, however, employees are very dispersed as if there was no attitude of service while there are customers in the store. The process of paying and receiving the goods is a little confusing, the customer should receive the bags with the products only after payment and in hand so that no "mishap" occurs, as happened to me and my brother. But overall we were very well attended and I believe we will do more business again.
