â â â â â Pior assistĂȘncia em celular. Todos os produtos sĂŁo de pĂ©ssima qualidade.. Se nao te derem nota fiscal, e falarem que nĂŁo precisa, exija. Quando vocĂȘ precisar da assistĂȘncia eles vĂŁo te exigir. E o problema Ă© seu se nĂŁo tiver pego. Sem falar no atendimento horroroso.
Worst mobile tour. All products are of poor quality .. If they do not give you tax invoice, and say you do not need it, demand it. When you need the assistance they will require you. And it's your problem if you have not. Not to mention horrible service.

Fui até a loja e liguei diversas vezes, pois ficaram de dar retorno e não ligam de volta.
NĂŁo existe respeito ao cliente!

â â â â â Comprei um suporte pra colocar o telefone e 10 dias depois o produto deu problema (abriu sozinho, em tempo do celular voar pela janela), fui pedir pra trocar e eles nĂŁo quiseram, lei do consumidor o prazo pra troca do produto Ă© de 30 dias e mesmo assim nĂŁo quiseram trocar. Tem Ă© que fechar as portas um lugar que nĂŁo sabe/lĂȘ as leis do consumidor.
I bought a holder to put the phone on and 10 days later the product had a problem (it opened by itself, in time for the cell phone to fly out the window), I went to ask to exchange it and they didn't want it, consumer law the deadline for exchanging the product is 30 days and still they didn't want to change. There is a need to close the doors to a place that does not know/read consumer laws.

â â â â â Os atendente sĂŁo simpĂĄticos mas o serviço Ă© pĂ©ssimo e caro. Troquei a tela do telefone, da na funciona direito, nĂŁo remontam o auto falante, o botĂŁo de desbloqueio voltou mal montado sem funcionar direto. NĂŁo convertem seus telefones lĂĄ.
The attendants are friendly but the service is terrible and expensive. I changed the phone screen, the na works right, the speaker does not reassemble, the unlock button came back poorly assembled without working directly. Don't convert your phones there.

Comprei uma capa para o iPhone que com uma semana descolou toda, nĂŁo era original, mais tem preço de original, na Ășltima vez que fui a loja hoje comprei duas pelĂculas e nenhuma colocou corretamente, fui reclamar e fui chamada de incompetente pela vendedora. Enfim, pĂ©ssimo atendimento e pĂ©ssimas mercadorias.
