A Adriana ia ver de talvez fazer a gentileza da troca. Gentileza ? Eles não entregaram o produto conforme especificado e iam fazer a gentileza de trocar depois da avaliação do técnico. Decepção total.

Não estão prontos para sistemas novos que vão conectados a internet e você controla pelo aplicativo. Técnicos atenciosos e educados mas são garotos sem formação. Só tem um técnico realmente, mas nunca está disponível para atender. Se você pensar em instalar Intelbrás, esquece que eles saem correndo.
