Pago 10mb e hj tá 1/4 de 1mb.
Ligo p o suporte, 24 hs depois eles vem Consertam , vão embora e 1 hr depois cai de novo, com o mesmo problema. Aqui no Deserto a empresa usa emprestada a antena da rádio fm local. De vez enquanto dá um problema por não ser uma antena própria.
Já não sei mais o q fazer.
Slow support just like the Internet.
Paid 10mb and today is 1/4 of 1mb.
I call the support, 24 hours later they come fix, go away and 1 hr later falls again, with the same problem. Here in the Desert the company borrows the local fm radio antenna. Once in a while give a problem for not being an antenna itself.
I no longer know what to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet quando está funcionando é boa. Mas quando cai, não existe suporte, até o da Oi que é 3 ou 4 dias depois está melhor. Mas ainda continuo nesse troço.
1 ano depois, continuo com essa internet. Dor de cabeça sem fim.
The internet when it's working is good. But when it falls, there is no support, even Oi's, which is 3 or 4 days later, is better. But I'm still on that stretch.
1 year later, I still have this internet. Endless headache.

Hi, good morning this Inova telecom is the worst internet there is here in Itapipoca it's been almost 2 years I paid $100 reais the installation didn't work it appeared without connection then I did it I'll cancel let's make a deal I paid $100 reais you just give me back only $50 reais and point I don't miss anything
