★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente entrei em contato com a imobiliária, corretor chamado Marco, a principio excelente profissional, mas foi só a princípio mesmo. Primeiro ele me mandou mensagem dizendo que estaria na minha localidade, deixei minha mãe ciente que ele ia lá. Pois bem, não apareceu, muito menos me mandou mensagem avisando ou no mínimo se desculpando. No dia seguinte, EU mandei mensagem pra ele e, ele se desculpou, disse que iria na parte da tarde. Disse ok, INFORMEI que estava na rua com minha mãe e que ia voltar na parte da tarde. Infelizmente meu compromisso demorou mais que o necessário, pois estava resolvendo um problema que não dependia só de mim e meu celular descarregou, me deixando incomunicável. Este senhor foi até minha casa e como não tinha ninguem, voltou, me mandou mensagem dizendo que foi até o local e, SIMPLESMENTE ME BLOQUEOU, NÃO ATENDEU MINHAS LIGAÇÕES, mandei mensagem falando o que tinha acontecido, me desculpando pela falha, o que ao contrário dele, não o fez quando deixou minha mãe dia inteiro esperando. E, como fui bloqueada, ele não viu e não me respondeu e, sequer me atendeu. Uma pena. Precisava de ajuda de um profissional e aqui nesta imobiliária não tive essa ajuda.
First I contacted the real estate agent, a broker called Marco, at first an excellent professional, but it was only at first. First he texted me saying he would be in my locality, I let my mother know he was going there. Well, it didn't show up, much less send me a message warning or at least apologizing. The next day, I texted him and, he apologized, said he would go in the afternoon. I said ok, I informed you that I was on the street with my mother and that I would be back in the afternoon. Unfortunately, my commitment took longer than necessary, as I was solving a problem that was not up to me alone and my cell phone discharged, leaving me incommunicado. This gentleman came to my house and as there was no one, he came back, sent me a message saying he went to the place and, SIMPLY BLOCKED ME, DID NOT ANSWER MY CONNECTIONS, I sent a message saying what had happened, apologizing for the failure, what to the unlike him, he didn't when he left my mother waiting all day. And, as I was blocked, he didn't see and didn't answer me, and he didn't even answer me. A feather. I needed help from a professional and here in this real estate I didn't have that help.
