★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato via WhatsApp, pedi pra separar 4 tintas, pedi o endereço da loja e pedi a chave do pix pra adiantar e não demorar no uber, já que não tenho carro pra me levar a hora que eu quiser e demorar.
Separam as tintas, ok, mandaram o endereço errado, fiquei rodando ruas pra encontrar a loja e quando finalmente achei tive que fazer o pix dentro na loja, porque a chave não foi passada corretamente , ou seja, tudo o que eu queria que fosse rápido, foi devagar e extremamente estressante.
Enfim, a falta de comunicação correta sobre a localização me custou os 5% de desconto que me foi passado, pq eu tive que pagar a mais ao uber e é sobre isso a minha avaliação. Procurei a loja por ser a mais bem avaliada e não tive uma boa experiência. Insatisfeita é a palavra certa.

They separate the paints, ok, they sent the wrong address, I went around the streets to find the store and when I finally found it I had to pix inside the store, because the key was not passed correctly, that is, everything I wanted was fast , it was slow and extremely stressful.
Anyway, the lack of correct communication about the location cost me the 5% discount that was given to me, because I had to pay more to uber and that's my assessment. I looked for the store because it was the most highly rated and I didn't have a good experience. Dissatisfied is the right word.
