Detalhe que eu não sai do carro, nem o desliguei, apenas aguardava um carro do pet manobrar.
ACHO QUE NÃO ENTENDEU NEM MINHA POSIÇÃO, NEM O CÓDIGO DE TRANSITO; EU NÃO DESLIGUEI O MOTOR OU SAI DO CARRO, APENAS AGUARDEI A MANOBRA DO VEICULO ATRÁS DE MIM. ISSO NÃO CARACTERIZA ESTACIONAR O VEICULO OU OBSTRUIR O ACESSO AO ESTABELECIMENTO. SE SEU FUNCIONÁRIO SOUBE-SE DISCERNIR TAL CONDUTA, NÃO TERIA CAUSADO TUDO ISSO.
