I liked the gown. And there's a coffee and cookie for the customers. I also liked that there is water, I always walk with a bottle and I love the places where I can supply kkkk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento. Beca toda surrada, cheia de furos, gravata fixada mal colocada na roupa e não poderia mudar. Costura precária, muito ruim. Péssimo no quesito Beca, na minha opinião. Mas os funcionários me trataram bem.
I didn't like the service. Beca all beaten up, full of holes, tie fixed badly placed on the clothes and could not change. Poor sewing, very bad. Terrible on the Beca item, in my opinion. But the staff treated me well.

Acabei de chegar as 18:03 pra pegar a beca liguei e falei para a atendente aue estava chegando. Tive um contratempo no trânsito. Por 03 minutos não recebi. As funcionárias estavam na porta perguntei se não podiam entregar, respondeu secamente "NÃO JÁ FECHOU" e pronto. Deu as costas sem a menor empatia. Lamentável a qualidade do atendimento. Poderia ter avisado ao telefone que não tem tolerância. Pensando seriamente em nem ir amanhã pegar essa beca de tão decepcionada.
Terrible attendance. I regretted it.
I just arrived at 18:03 to get the robe I called and told the attendant that was coming. I had a setback in traffic. For 03 minutes I did not receive. The staff were at the door and asked if they could not deliver, answered dryly "NOT CLOSED" and ready. He turned away without empathy. Unfortunate the quality of care. You could have warned the phone that you have no tolerance. Thinking seriously about not even going tomorrow to get this gown so disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento enfrentei um fila muito grande , a sala estava com mais de 30 pessoas esperando, demorei mais de duas horas pra receber a beca. Lotado essa lerda.
Poor service I faced a very large queue, the room was with more than 30 people waiting, it took me more than two hours to receive the scholarship. Crowded that slow.
