Só recebi o pagamento depois de muita insistência agora no mês junho de 2019 depois que trocaram o gerente da loja fica aqui minha insatisfação ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos (minha esposa eu) vítimas de um golpe da loja que nos vendeu (e recebeu o dinheiro) um estofado em outubro de 2019 e até hoje não entregou. Não resolvem o problema, não devolvem o dinheiro, não permitem cancelar o pedido. Não adianta publicar no Reclameaqui que eles também não dão bola. Jogam toda culpa na pandemia. Só nos resta procurar a justiça mesmo.
We (my wife and I) were victims of a store scam that sold us (and received the money) an upholstery in October 2019 and until today has not delivered. They don't solve the problem, they don't return the money, they don't allow to cancel the order. There is no point in publishing in Reclameaqui that they also don't care. They blame everything on the pandemic. We can only seek justice.

Fui até a loja e me disseram que estão esperando meu crédito ser repassado pra eles para então solicitar a troca.

Estou entrando com uma ação na próxima semana, pois paguei 1800 no sofá errado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 27/09 realizei uma compra com o gerente da loja Inovar Bragança Paulista, o mesmo garantiu que recebia mercadoria toda semana e a entrega ocorreria o mais breve possível. Após 26 dias o produto não havia chego como o combinado, devido a isso quis cancelar a compra, mas novamente o gerente falou que não poderia, pois o pedido já estava a caminho.
Já se passaram 26 dias.
De acordo com o contrato, para cancelar o pedido teria que pagar uma multa de 25% do valor, e o prazo de entrega estava para 60 dias, o que de acordo com o gerente no momento da venda não levaria mais que uma semana, pois se soubesse da realidade jamais teria comprado.
É justo?
Quando liguei no atendimento ao cliente, a atendente desligou o telefone, sem que eu tivesse terminado de falar, mas uma vez descaso.
Prestem muita atenção ao assinar um contrato confiando nas palavras da equipe de vendas da Inovar.
