★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Funcionário que me atendeu nem perguntou se gostei ou não do sofá que indiquei na loja, só respondeu que era um valor muito alto!??? Avaliam pela aparência?? Perguntei qual seria esse valor alto para ele. Enfim perdeu a venda. Há e o valor não era alto assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um sofá ao qual o mesmo já chegou com defeito, após vários contatos para solucionar o problema sendo que o sofá tem 01 ano de garantia ninguém resolveu nada, ainda com o sofá com defeito e sem previsão de quando alguém vai arrumar e se alguém vai arrumar... Fiquem longe dessa loja pura enganação!

Loja não cumpre com o que diz vão mudando o prazo de entrega a cada conversa, me passaram 7 dias vendedor, aí gerente falou que era 14 dias mostrou na tela, aí deu os 14 dias, liguei mudou para trinta dias, agora mudou novamente agora são 30 dias úteis, para vender são ótimos mas cumprir prazo são péssimos.
Não compre nesta loja ao menos que queira ter dor de cabeça!

Store does not comply with what it says, the delivery period changes with each conversation, salesman spent 7 days, then manager said it was 14 days, it showed on the screen, then it took 14 days, I called, it changed to 30 days, now it has changed again now It's 30 working days, selling is great but meeting deadlines are terrible.
Don't buy from this store unless you want a headache!
