★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Tratam os candidatos com completo desrespeito. Se o termo assinado na carteira for minimamente diferente do que eles querem eles dispensam as pessoas. Mesmo que seja exatamente a mesma função. Ex: Auxiliar de Logística / Auxiliar Operacional... Um complemento absurdo já que as funções dessa vagas são as mesmas em qualquer lugar do planeta.
Horrible! They treat candidates with complete disrespect. If the term signed on the wallet is slightly different from what they want, they fire people. Even though it's the exact same function. Ex: Logistics Assistant / Operational Assistant... An absurd complement since the functions of these vacancies are the same anywhere on the planet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por duas vezes precisei comparecer para assinatura de contrato... as duas vezes fiquei por muitas horas esperando n sei porque...serviço péssimo... se vc quiser senta no chão pq nunca tem lugar pr todos o dia todo sem comer e vc n é atendido...a manhã e a tarde vai embora e nada de atendimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São muito boas as expectativas. Acho que deveriam sempre observar a atualização pois sempre a vaga está no site mas lá na instituição a vaga já foi até preenchida.
Expectations are very good. I think they should always observe the update because the vacancy is always on the website but there the vacancy has already been filled at the institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma excelente experiência com a Inovar. Na primeira entrevista não deu certo, mas uma semana depois chamaram pra outra. Sempre foi um atendimento rápido. Exceto pra admissão, não entendi o porquê de tamanha demora, mas se for colocar na balança, os prós sempre foram superiores. Logo depois de assinar contrato precisei fazer alterações e a Rubria fez todo o possível pra me ajudar nesse quesito. Pra mim, foi excelente!
I had an excellent experience with Inovar. In the first interview it didn't work, but a week later they called for another one. It was always quick service. Except for admission, I didn't understand why it took so long, but if you put it on the scale, the pros were always superior. Right after signing the contract I needed to make changes and Rubria did everything possible to help me in this regard. For me, it was excellent!
