Tentei contato por outro canal, o Whats App, a atendente Suellen afirmou que não cuida dessa "parte" e nem poderia acionar a área responsável, informou o endereço de e-mail que não tive resposta e finalizou o atendimento.
É MUITA FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CONSUMIDOR!

A aplicação foi feita corretamente, mas eles insistem em dizer que o problema é de aplicação. Não conseguem admitir que foi erro de impressão. Parabéns pelo desserviço.
Lousy stickers and horrible customer service. They sent me wrong stickers with out-of-square designs. The application was done correctly, but they insist that the problem is an application. They cannot admit that it was a printing error. Congratulations on the disservice.

I loved the totem kit and the display, they are beautiful very well finished. The panel is super colorful and brightly colored. It even comes with an instruction note to take off the canvas mark. Thank you for the excellent work.
