★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tivemos diversos PROBLEMAS COM O TORRADOR, na quarta vez que usamos já começou a apresentar problemas, conversei com o suporte mas NÃO TIVE A AJUDA NECESSÁRIA PARA RESOLVER O PROBLEMA, TIVE QUE ARCAR COM OS CUSTO (pois precisava usar a máquina, ou a empresa aqui estaria com problemas de prazo de entrega), se não tivesse necessidade de usar a máquina a devolveria. desde então tivemos diversos problemas causados pela estrutura do equipamento, rolimã travou, porta superior soltou a dobradiça, a peça que faz o tambor girar gastou com menos de 10 usos da máquina, ficou lisa e escorrega e logo para de funcionar (girar), isso quase causou um incêndio em nossa empresa, pois deixamos um temporizador de 40 minutos para verificar, e quando voltamos tinha parado de girar o tambor, quando fomos ver estava em chamas. RISCO DE INCÊNDIO. um técnico local ajudou a por a máquina para funcionar mas continua apresentando pequenos problemas e ela para de funcionar. vale lembrar que não ultrapassamos a recomendação de peso, inclusive testamos ver se funcionaria melhor com metade da capacidade recomendada.
had several PROBLEMS WITH roaster, the fourth time we've used started to have problems, I talked to the support but NOT HAD HELP NEEDED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, HAD TO ASSUME WITH COST (as needed to use the machine, or the company here be with deadline problems), had no need to use the machine would return. since then had several problems caused by the equipment structure, ball bearing caught, upper door dropped the hinge, the part that makes the drum rotate spent less than 10 machine uses, was smooth and slide and then stops working (turning), it almost caused a fire in our company because we leave a 40-minute timer to check, and when we returned had stopped spinning drum when we went to see it was on fire. FIRE RISK. a local technician helped by the machine to work but continues to have little problems and it will stop working. please note we do not exceed the weight of recommendation, including test see if work better with half the recommended capacity.
