Descaso total!! Marquei justamente por ser horårio de almoço na fåbrica mas pelo visto vou perder o dia todo! Mais de 2 horas aguardando nada!

â â â â â Demora absurda para ser atendido, principalmente pra uma clĂnica particular, isso conciliado com o total despreparo das atendentes da recepção. Falta de respeito com o paciente, e ainda uso de ironia para justificar o atraso. Caso a ser consultado pelo CRM.
It takes an absurd amount of time to be attended, especially for a private clinic, this combined with the total unpreparedness of the receptionists. Lack of respect for the patient, and even use of irony to justify the delay. Case to be consulted by the CRM.
