Encontrei a i9, na quinta 02/09 e o vendedor me garantiu que no máximo, na segunda - dia 06/09 - a porta estaria entregue. AO ligar na segunda, já no fim do dia, outro vendedor me atende e me garante que a porta chegaria até hoje, quinta (09/09) ao meio-dia. Acabo de ligar para a loja e a vendedora me diz que a entrega está "programada para amanhã, no primeiro horário." Se soubesse que demoraria tanto, teria encomedado outro modelo mais bonito e mais caro e que tinha tempo de espera similar, ou melhor teria buscado outro vendedor do produto e que pudesse me atender. Se o prazo da entrega não consegue ser cumprido, suspeito que o serviço deva vir acompanhado de outros vícios.
Due to my mason's mistake, I had to go out in search of a counter for prompt delivery. I found the i9, on Thursday, 09/02 and the seller assured me that, at the latest, on Monday - 09/06 - the door would be delivered. WHEN I call on Monday, at the end of the day, another salesperson answers me and assures me that the door would arrive until today, Thursday (09/09) at noon. I've just called the store and the salesperson tells me that delivery is "scheduled for early tomorrow morning." If I knew it would take so long, I would have ordered another prettier and more expensive model that had a similar waiting time, or better, I would have looked for another seller of the product who could serve me. If the delivery deadline cannot be met, I suspect that the service must be accompanied by other defects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu noivo compramos nossa porta a uns 4 meses atrás, a porta foi instalada na semana passada, mas a chave não era a certa e não estamos conseguindo abrir a porta, entramos em contato com a assistência técnica e não nos deram um bom atendimento. Precisamos que isso seja resolvido com urgência pois vamos casar no dia 16/12 e precisamos fazer a mudança!!!
My fiance and I bought our door about 4 months ago, the door was installed last week, but the key was not correct and we are not able to open the door, we contacted the technical assistance and they did not give us a good service . We need this to be resolved urgently as we are getting married on 12/16 and we need to make the move!!!

Atualmente eles não me responde tendo falta consideração com cliente que precisa dos materiais para terminar minha obra estou decepcionada com a empresa. Irei reclamar em vários lugares para ninguém passar estou passando.
I made a purchase of a counter door, shrimp door and windows and the wrong products came with poor quality, I asked for an exchange a month ago and nothing. Currently they do not respond to me as they lack consideration for the customer who needs the materials to finish my work I am disappointed with the company. I will complain in several places so no one passes I'm passing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha sogra comprou uma porta balcão dia 04/04/2022, mas a mesma foi entregue somente dia 11/04. Sendo que havia garantido que entregariam dia 08/04. Mas a porta veio errada (a abertura, não foi conforme foi solicitado) Tentamos contato e nada, e quando responderam a mensagem disseram que iria passar a situação para a vendedora e nada. Estamos ligando em dois números, ninguém atende.
Mas iremos procurar nossos direitos enquanto consumidor.
My mother-in-law bought a balcony door on 04/04/2022, but it was only delivered on 04/11. Since I had guaranteed that they would deliver on the 08/04. But the door came wrong (the opening was not as requested) We tried to contact and nothing, and when they replied to the message they said they would pass the situation on to the seller and nothing. We are calling two numbers, no one answers.
But we will look for our rights as a consumer.
