★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, não tem responsabilidade, deixei meu iPad para consertar o que seria em 24hs, como sou de outra cidade deixei para pegar na semana seguinte, ao chegar encontrei meu iPad aberto, o técnico que estava lá não sabia de nada e o técnico dono da loja tinha viajado para São Paulo, ao ligar informou que não consegui consertar, e não passar nada para o outro técnico que ficou na loja e nem me avisou pelo whatsapp. Levei para outra assistência foi constatado que faltava diversos parafusos, presilhas para prender algumas peças, diversas marcas de cola e dedos internas, a tela ficou manchada por ter esquentado demais para abrir.
Meu iPad nunca tinha sido aberto, até hoje aguardo o dono da loja manter contato e me explicar o que foi que houve, estou esperando ele retornar de viagem se quer que realmente viajou, pois sempre que apareço lá ainda não retornou dessa tal viagem para São Paulo.
I do not recommend it, it has no responsibility, I left my iPad to fix what would be in 24 hours, as I am from another city I left to pick it up the next week, when I arrived I found my iPad open, the technician who was there did not know anything and the technician owner from the store he had traveled to São Paulo, when he called, he informed me that I couldn't fix it, and didn't pass anything on to the other technician who stayed at the store and didn't even let me know via whatsapp. I took it to another assistance, it was found that there were several screws, clips to hold some parts, several glue marks and internal fingers missing, the screen was stained because it was too hot to open.
My iPad had never been opened, until today I am waiting for the store owner to keep in touch and explain to me what happened, I am waiting for him to return from his trip if he really wanted to, because whenever I show up there he has not yet returned from that trip to São Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O suporte da empresa é muito bom. Mesmo sem realizar o serviço eles fizerem um avaliação prévia e indicaram uma possível causa do problema e que antes que de fato abrisse o aparelho. O aparelho é um Notebook.
O que para mim foi bem honesto.
E ainda me instruiu a abri um chamado na Samsung para uma possível trocar de bateria.
O pessoal é sério e íntegro!
